Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Selmo Garage ("we", "us", "our") is a car detailing studio in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. We can be reached at selmogarage@gmail.com or +387 64 41 72 334.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it, primarily through our contact form: name, email address, phone number, selected service, and your message.

Contact-form inquiries are also stored in a secure database so we can follow up and track which inquiries become jobs.

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic. It only sets cookies if you accept analytics cookies through the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline or take no action, no analytics cookies are set, but Google may still receive basic, anonymous signals (such as that a page was viewed) without cookies or identifiers, which it uses for aggregate modeling (Google's "consent mode"). You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

The banner also offers an optional advertising category. It only lets Google Ads measure how ads for this site perform; the site itself does not show you ads. If you arrive from a Google ad, we store that click's identifier (gclid) in your browser so we can measure which ads lead to inquiries. We do not sell data to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your inquiry or booking request.
• To protect our services from abuse.

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing is consent for analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads) via our cookie banner, and legitimate interest to respond to contact form inquiries. You can withdraw consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

5. Third-party services

Google Analytics 4 / Google Ads: website analytics and ad measurement. Cookies are set only with your consent via our cookie banner; without consent, only limited cookieless signals are sent. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Vercel: website hosting and infrastructure. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at selmogarage@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Security

This website uses HTTPS (TLS encryption) for all data in transit. We apply HTTP security headers including Content Security Policy on every response. No payment data is processed or stored on this site.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
